Philippe Descamps, former editor of Montagnes magazine, was appointed General Secretary of the Petzl Foundation in March 2011. Philippe's background is in journalism and he is also a keen mountaineer. He knows our Foundation well, because he was one of our administrators prior to becoming General Secretary.
